Amelie Lens' EXHALE announces return to Ibiza for eight-week residency

EXHALE is returning to Ibiza for its second consecutive year for an eight-week residency at the island's DC-10.

Things kick off on July 26 and parties will take place weekly until September 13, with EXHALE head honcho Amelie Lens promising that there is a strong ethos to champion the future sounds of techno throughout summer.

With that, over 50 artists have been announced for the programme. Alongside iconic names including Marcel Dettmann, Ellen Allien, DJ Bone and Ben Sims, those in search for some techno on the White Isle can enjoy sets from Lúcia Lu, Dana Montana, Anetha, fka.m4a and more. EXHALE's own Amelie Lens and Farrago too, of course, foot the bill.

“Last year we watched as our community grew, and we got to know the people that came each week to support the event," Lens explains. "I am so excited to see these familiar faces again and to make new memories. “EXHALE has gone all around the world this year; Ibiza feels like our summer reunion where our community comes from near and far."

As Farrago adds, the sense of unity and togetherness is at the crux of the event, which is no different in Ibiza: “one of my favourite things about EXHALE Ibiza, is how connected we feel to the island and the people that live there. It’s really special to see and enjoy the events together every Wednesday."

To enable this greater bringing-together, the residency has doubled in size, with EXHALE too planning to reveal further branch-off events and activations to accompany the residency.
