Mumdance launches online archive with over 316 hours of music
The DJ and producer also shared an update on his battle with addiction after three years sober
Mumdance has published 316 hours of mixes, productions and other digital work on his website - mumdance.com.
In a statement on Instagram the critically acclaimed producer, real name Jack Adams, also frankly shared information on his struggle with addiction and its role in his three-year hiatus.
"As I complete my third year clean and sober, I wanted to share an archive of my work over the past 14 years," he wrote. "Over the last 12 months, I've slowly started to remember what I used to love about music.

I have no real expectations of what comes next, but I'm grateful to have the beginnings of a healthier relationship with listening and creating."
The new "MD Archive" archive includes his discography, interviews, sound design, technology and notable events.

The mixes archive contains sets by Riko Dan, Lady Starlight, DJ Die, and DJ Storm, as well as radio sessions, live mixes, and podcasts.
Adams' latest original music was released in 2018 via Local Action and STOOR, and the archive follows him through a period of inactivity. His journey with addiction is detailed in a statement that accompanies the new website.
He also wrote: "If you're struggling with addiction, taking the first step into recovery is a big one, but I'm certain you won't regret it. There is a lot of help available. It's free and nothing to feel ashamed of."
Since the beginning of the Mumdance archive in 2008, Adams has released music on labels including Tectonic and Keysound, co-founded the Different Circles label with Logos, and collaborated with musicians like Pinch and Novelist, as well as Speedy J.
