Features on the upcoming album include familiar Mount Kimbie collaborators such as slowthai and James Blake as well as some new faces, such as Nomi, Keiyaa and more.

On the duo’s Instagram they posted an image of them each holding their half of the double able with the caption: “Over the last 2 years or so, we’ve been working on music separately, in our studios in London and Los Angeles. This record is a collection of collaborations and solo productions that were made during that time.”

Breaking down both sides the statement continues: “City Planning produced by Kai is a collection of Kai’s solo tracks from the last couple of years. It started as a more club focused record but slowly changed into something a bit weirder and more improvisational, that was influenced by a range of club music as well as more physical textures.
