Mella Dee shares RYAN project, releases EP on Saoirse's trUst imprint
The project allows the producer and DJ to share a darker, more experimental side to his work
Mella Dee has unveiled his new project, RYAN, and shared new EP 'Connected Experiences' via Saoirse's trUst label.
Allowing the producer and DJ to showcase a darker side to his productions - something he regularly showcases on his Instagram - lead single from 'Connected Experiences', 'Static Movement', strips things back with a drum machine and analog synths accompanied by a healthy groove.

“This is the first time I've invited another artist to release on trUst and I'm so delighted it's from my close friend, the absolute don from Doncaster, Mella Dee," Saoirse explains. "They're tracks I've been playing in every set over the past year, with 'Static Movement' being one of my most ID'd tunes ever. Once I heard it I knew this had to be the first track released on the label from someone else.
"Ryan is one of the best producers I know, completely and wholly committed to the dancefloor and I'm thrilled I will be releasing the first of his new project under 'Ryan'. I had complete trust in him to deliver a solid EP.”
"I'm really excited to have this release out and it means a lot to have Saoirse put her trust in the music," adds Ryan. "She's a favourite DJ and producer of mine so it’s a real compliment for me. It’s nice to be back releasing raw club cuts, it's a fresh energy and a sign of things to come from me going forward."
