It’ll drop on April 29

Hannes Bieger - music engineer turned house and techno artist - has announced his upcoming Balance Presents compilation.

“As an engineer and producer, I am working with many ‘A-List’ artists in this industry, but also with fresh new faces,” Bieger explains. “So, I decided to make my Balance Series not only a platform for my own music, but to view it also as a wonderful opportunity to showcase some of the up and coming artists I am working with.”

Mixed with the upcoming names are more established ones, such as Gui Boratto, Victor Ruix and Rodriguez Jr.

The first half of the mix involves Bieger’s guests: expect throbbing bass, sharp synths and vocal elements, before being introduced bassline scales and restrained trance. This section ends with lighter vocals and more melodic elements, before the beginning of the second half, comprised of tracks exclusively by Bieger.

“I think my name somehow stands for a certain musicality,” explains Bieger on the underlying foundations of these second tracks. “I always strive to make music that is not “just“ dance music.

“My goal is to create ‘songs’.”

‘Balance Presents Hannes Bieger’ is out on April 29. It’ll be available via 2CD with a bonus download, 2LP, or you can check it out digitally. Pre-order it here.
