FJAAK announce first album in six years, 'FJAAK THE SYSTEM'
The duo's third full-legnth record is set to feature Modeselektor, Skee Mask, Red Eye and former FJAAK member J. Manuel.
FJAAK have announced details of their first album in six years, which will land on their imprint *SPANDAU20*** on May 14.
'FJAAK THE SYSTEM' will be the Berlin-based duo's third full-length album, and is set to feature collaborations from Modeselektor, Skee Mask, Red Eye and former FJAAK member J.Manuel.

Described in a press release as painting a picture of FJAAK's "utopian club ideal", the 23-track record is said to cover elements from UK breakbeat, techno, 2-step, drum 'n' bass, jungle, trip hop and ambient genres.
"FJAAK’s advanced technical know-how and love of synthesizers and drum machines helps them formulate a sound that’s conscious of dance music history, but focused on a brighter, more equitable future" concludes the release.
Along with news of a new record, FJAAK shared lead single, 'Redemption', which landed with a music video on YouTube yesterday (March 12).

In 2019 the former trio became a duo after Kevin Kozick parted ways to pursue a solo career. That same year, remaining members Felix Wagner and Aaron Röbig launched the platform and label Spandau20, from which their upcoming album is now to be released.
The German electronic group are said to be going on a US tour soon and currently has confirmed shows ahead at Junction 2, Boomtown, Awakenings, OFF Sonar, DGTL, Pollerwiesen, and Nuits Sonores.
