Scotland's biggest electronic music festival Terminal V announces its stage splits
The mega Terminal V takes place on April 20
The stage splits have been announced for Scotland's premier electronic music event, Terminal V.
Area V will host a list of techno artists at the Royal Highland Centre, including techno legend Richie Hawtin who plays in Edinburgh for the first time in 18 years. Former Mixmag cover stars Nastia and Helena Hauff (pictured) join him in Area V, alongside Chris Liebing, Kobosil and Frazier.
The Terminal welcomes Patrick Topping, Mella Dee, Chicago icon Green Velvet, Jennifer Cardini and Mall Grab, while Equinox will have sets from Daniel Avery, Andrew Weatherall, Mixmag's 2018 DJ Of The Year Objekt, Philip Gorbachev (live), Stephan Brown and No Strings Attached.
House and disco fans will be given a proper party in the Green House with performances from Derrick Carter, Horse Meat Disco, Tamagotchi’s Sumo, Young Marco, Mr G (live) and Edinburgh's own Sneaky Pete DJs.
10 more acts are to be announced for The Palms Tent and The Wunderground Rescue Stage, so expect this line-up to excite you even more.
In just two years, Terminal V has become Scotland's biggest music festival, growing from just 2500 capacity to 15,000.
Derek Martin, Terminal V's promoter, said: "There's a lot to be excited about. With Richie Hawtin returning to Edinburgh after an 18-year hiatus to the fact the festival has grown to almost 15,000 in under two years allowing us to add more acts and stages, not to mention a special back-to-back closing the Terminal Stage which is still TBA."
