Jane Fitz, Ben UFO and Moodymann also feature among the stacked line-up

Dekmantel has announced the line-up for its 2016 festival, which takes place in Amsterdamse Bos by day and Amsterdam clubs by night from August 4 to 7.

Typically massive, pulling together many of the world’s finest house, techno and ambient artists, James Holden and Camilo Tirado will showcase their new Outdoor Museum Of Fractals show, with further live performances coming from Surgeon, DBX, Tony Allen, Holly Herndon, Mike Parker, Graham Massey and A Guy Called Gerald’s Rebuild project.

Ricardo Villalobos heads a strong DJ bill, with further world-class selectors such as Dixon, Nina Kraviz, DJ Harvey, Robert Hood, Jackmaster, Rødhåd, Objekt, Moodymann, Ben UFO, Lena Willikens, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, Theo Parrish, The Black Madonna and Motor City Drum Ensemble in attendance.

A number of tantalising back-to-backs feature among the DJ roster, including Helena Hauff playing with DJ Stingray, Regis spinning alongside Veronica Vasicka, and Magda teaming up with Mike Servito. Key Dekmantel figures such as Fatima Yamaha, Palms Trax, Matrixxman, Makam, Young Marco and honchos Dekmantel Soundsystem will also appear.

Dekmantel by night will be hosted in the Dutch capital’s Melkweg venue for the second year running, while a series of opening concerts will take place at Muziekgebouw, EYE Film Institute, Paradiso's Tolhuistuin and Bimhuis on August 4, with each linked by a free ferry service.
