Laurent Garnier’s COD3 QR imprint announces six-track compilation '[QR]V.172.TAM.24'

The label's first vinyl-only release will feature tracks from DJ Deep, Avision and Deetron

Laurent Garnier’s COD3 QR label is set to release a new EP featuring tracks from DJ Deep, Avision and Deetron.

It marks an extended version of a split EP of three singles that came out digitally in March this year, with each artist now contributing a vinyl-only second track to make up the six-track project.

The project is set for release later this month (June 21) and marks the first vinyl-only release on Garnier's imprint, with the French DJ and producer having personally picking out the tracks, selections which maintain COD3 QR’s ethos which is, “Music diversity is our strength!”

Avision’s tracks ‘Hold No Groove’ and ‘Talk Is Cheap’ are set to contain a distinctive New York-influenced techno and house sound, with the DJ growing up in the city and first jumping on the decks at the tender age of 12.

Scene stalwart Deetron is set to explore a more classic techno sound with his contributions to the EP ‘Pulse’ and the “deeper” ‘Corazon’, high-quality tracks that reflect on the selector's 20-year strong production and DJ career.

The project will be finished off by the versatile selector and label boss DJ Deep, who will follow up the hit release of ‘What’s Going On’ with the hypnotic track entitled ‘Transition’.
