Berghain to relaunch its Säule parties next month
The Thursday night party will return after a three-year hiatus
Berghain is relaunching Thursday night parties in its Säule space.
Säule - which translates from German to English as pillar - is located on the ground floor of Berghain, yet has not been open as a dancefloor since its last weekly party in March 2020. Though the space has been open as usual as a bar and chill out area during events across Berghain and Panorama Bar.

Säule opened in 2017 as the third dancefloor to the venue, aiming to showcase more experimental club music.
The first night ran on March 23 that with Mannequin Records’ Alessandro Adriani, Deena Abdelwahed and Natalia Escobar in the booth.
Originally the space was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but since the rest of the venue has opened, Säule has not re-opened as a dancefloor.
Now the first in three years is set to run on June 1.
Different Shades, DINA and Spekki Webu will be soundtracking the returning night with Abyss X, Chippy Nonstop, Miss Parker, Schacke billed for the following Thursday at Säule.

Other names set to perform at Säule this summer include marum, Peachlyfe, Matriark, Miran N and more.
