ABBA could "possibly" be releasing their first album in 37 years
Bjorn Ulvaeus has teased some new music
Co-founder of ABBA, Bjorn Ulvaeus, has teased that the group may be about to release their first album in 37 years.
The news comes after Ulvaeus and bandmates Benny Anderson, Anni-Frid Lyngstad and Agnetha Flatskog recently reunited to write and record new songs for the first time since their split in 1983.
In an interview with A List, Ulvaeus said "A new album, possibly. Or four songs or something like that - that's possible."
Any hopes of the Swedish pop legends returning to performing were dashed when Ulvaeus followed up with "But for us to perform on stage that's not going to happen. Thats a definite."
One of ABBA's new songs 'I Still Have Faith In You' is set to debut on the BBC this December.
