New festival commemorating 90s and 00s dance music is coming to Manchester
Flashback Festival will have over 60 artists on the line-up including "dance music royalty"
A new outdoor music festival celebrating and honouring 90s and 00s dance music will be kickstarting in Manchester this summer.
Flashback Festival will be held at a secret city centre location - and will be celebrating "old skool anthems".

The festival will be taking place for one day only on Saturday, May 21 2022.
On Instagram, the upcoming festival wrote: "Get ready for Manchester’s ONLY outdoor festival celebrating the best music from this iconic era.

"Flashback Festival is bringing timeless tunes & fresh vibes to a secret city-centre location.
"From Euphoric Trance to Clubland Classics, Retro House to Groovin’ Garage and everything in between, join us as we take over Manchester this May!"
As reported by The Manc, there will be over 60 artists billed across five stages.
The festival's "Main Stage" will be a huge open-air outdoor stage with SFX, laser shows, and pyrotechnic- and there will also be a big top arena with a well known international brand.

Organisers say that revellers can expect retro house to trance to garage and everything in between with a "line up of headliners and pioneers that will showcase a full spectrum of dance music from the past 30 years."
The Manc has said to expect "dance music royalty" at this event.
They have reassured people that there would be a “jaw-dropping” line-up of headliners.
There will also be a VIP bar, fairground rides, and an after-party.
