"Flashback Festival is bringing timeless tunes & fresh vibes to a secret city-centre location.

"From Euphoric Trance to Clubland Classics, Retro House to Groovin’ Garage and everything in between, join us as we take over Manchester this May!"

As reported by The Manc, there will be over 60 artists billed across five stages.

The festival's "Main Stage" will be a huge open-air outdoor stage with SFX, laser shows, and pyrotechnic- and there will also be a big top arena with a well known international brand.

Organisers say that revellers can expect retro house to trance to garage and everything in between with a "line up of headliners and pioneers that will showcase a full spectrum of dance music from the past 30 years."

The Manc has said to expect "dance music royalty" at this event.

They have reassured people that there would be a “jaw-dropping” line-up of headliners.

There will also be a VIP bar, fairground rides, and an after-party.
