21-year-olds can now go clubbing in Vegas for free, city officials reveal
The new initiative will offer those who recently turned 21, and up to four friends, complimentary access to 11 nightclubs in the city
Newly turned 21-year-olds are being offered free entry into nightclubs across Las Vegas as part of a new initiative, city officials have revealed.
Those who have recently celebrated their 21st birthday will be given complimentary access to 11 nightclubs in the city with a crew of up to four friends over the course of the next year.
The initiative was announced by The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) last week, and will run from July through to the end of next summer, culminating on August 30, 2027.

It applies to anyone who has celebrated their birthday within the last 90 days, allowing entry to clubs such as Hakkasan, LIV Nightclub, OMNIA, Zouk, JEWEL, Marquee, Palm Tree Beach Club and TAO.
The new program aims to give visitors the "opportunity to experience the scale and energy of Las Vegas nightlife and dayclubs during this milestone moment", LVCVA said.
The "birthday guest of honour" will also be given "perks", though it’s currently unclear what those are. Guests must be 21 at the time of entry, and will need to "contact venues directly for specific details", LVCVA confirmed.
The initiative comes from the City of Las Vegas and LVCVA, which aims to "position Southern Nevada as the undisputed global destination for leisure" and bring visitors to the state.
