Unsound Festival is turning 15 with Laurel Halo, Mumdance and more
Bill Drummond, Swing Ting and Holly Herndon also confirmed for the Krakow festival
Unsound Festival is celebrating its 15th birthday this year and has added a whole host of acts to its anniversary bill.
Fresh off the back of her acclaimed ‘Dust’ LP, Laurel Halo will present a live iteration of the project, joining the likes of Jlin, DJ Stingray, Nina Kraviz and Umfang in Krakow this October.
Bliss Signal, a special collaborative project between Mumdance and Wife, will also makes its debut, alongside a lecture, film screening, and shoe shining from The KLF’s Bill Drummond, as part of an ongoing project to shine 1000 pairs around the world before 2025.
Other newly-announced names include Jubilee, who will play back-to-back with Mixpak boss Dre Skull, DISCWOMAN’s DJ Haram, Holly Herndon, Sega Bodega, Octo Octa, as well as members of Manchester’s Swing Ting party collective.
Unsound 2017 takes place from October 8 to 15 in Krakow, Poland, with individual tickets to all of the events going on sale in August.
