Theo Parrish has spoken out on Facebook in opposition to police brutality and expressed disappointment that more figures within the global dance music scene have not done the same.

Within the paragraph, the Sound Signature boss stated that he is “embarrassed at the lack of overt commentary from this art form”, adding that “somehow you better realize when the music you're dancing to comes from people that have been exploited, the best tribute you can have is setting yourself loose in unity with the exploited.”

See below for the full statement.

Further artists that have publicly condemned the violence in the US include Stormzy, Seth Troxler, Skrillex and AlungeGeorge. Check out this gallery to see what they had to say.
