It may be silly but it fucking slams

Spencer Parker is a badman, and we mean that in the best way possible.

The UK producer and selector is one of the most established in the game and his productions have seen release via Rekids, Tsuba, Ovum and most-importantly through his own imprint, Work Them.

Parker's label is known for its club-ready house and techno and EPs by Radio Slave, Dana Ruh and Pittsburgh Track Authority have graced dancefloors the world-over. For Parker's next release, he heads back to Matt Edwards' Rekids label for more of his 'Silly Club Songs'.

He released the 'Silly Club Songs Vol.1' EP last year and although they may have been a bit silly, they absolutely slammed and we've seen them do damage first-hand in the rave. 'No.3' in particular was a mischievous rip-roarer with an almighty low-end rumble.

We've got the premiere of 'Silly Club Song No.6' and it's more of the glorious same. The bass on this one is outrageously deep and super-wobbly and once you add in the erratic and scattered amen breaks into the mix, you've got a winning formula. Absolute club-ammunition from one of our favourites.

The 'No More Silly Club Songs EP' will be released on February 19 via Rekids
