Versatile Polish-born, Brooklyn-based DJ and producer Heathered Pearls revisits his 2017 EP, 'Detroit, MI 1997-2001', with a collection of remixes released via Ghostly International.

Here Mixmag delivers the exclusive premiere of a remix by Sophia Saze (pictured), a burgeoning Brooklyn-based producer who's been buzzing in the underground due to her unique approach to various forms of techno. Taking on Heathered Pearls' 'The Packard Plant', she flips the original into a surreal and mesmerizing rhythmic excursion, with warm bells, intricately woven percussion and a cosmic motif.

The 'Detroit, MI 1997 - 2001 Remixes', which also features remixes by Baltra, Matrixxman, Fort Romeau, Justin Cudmore and Shawn O’Sullivan, is set for release July 13. Purchase here
