Premiere: Melé delivers a tight tech-house summer anthem with 'Parris Trak'
Pure carnival vibes
Melé has been establishing himself as one to watch on the UK dance scene for a while now, with releases on Eats Everything’s imprint Edible, Lobster Boy and Defected sub-label DFTD showcasing his signature tribal percussive edge and ear for euphoric rollers.
His next project will see him join the prestigious Snatch! Records roster with his ‘Sunshowers’ EP. The cut will include two original tracks, topped off by a blinding remix from Moon Harbour label head, Matthias Tanzmann.
We’re premiering ‘Parris Trak’ today, a tight percussive workout that’s sure to get you grooving in the spirit of summer. It’s a six-minute number with a hypnotic vocal loop and pure, unfiltered tech-house energy, packed full of Melé's South American influences and an eclectic array of beats and effects.
The ‘Sunshowers’ EP is out June 16 on Snatch! Records, get your pre-orders in here and check out ‘Parris Trak’ below.
