Paul Kalkbrenner to debut his Back To The Future live show in LA
A special event series celebrating the evolution of techno
Electronic music legend Paul Kalkbrenner has announced the US debut of his special Back To The Future event series, which will kick off on November 3 at Los Angeles' Lot 613.
The live show, which has been developed around Kalkbrenner's three-volume compilation 'Back To The Future', will be an in-depth retrospective showcase on the evolution of techno and rave culture throughout the late 80s and early 90s.
The artist researched and curated over 5000 underground works in Berlin between 1987 and 1993, his findings highlighting the phenomenon of the region's warehouse scene.
The event will be livestreamed via Mixmag's channels.
