Mura Masa readies to make his US debut
The highly anticipated arrival of a UK melodic prodigy
This Saturday, UK future-electronic artist Mura Masa will be making his US debut in New York City with vocalist Nao at Bowery Ballroom before heading off on a US tour.
Most known for his 2015 EP, 'Someday Somewhere', which included the high hitting tracks 'Firefly' and 'Are U There', Mura has been a widely sought after artist for his hypnotizing, melodic tastes and smooth R&B style. Gaining support from the likes of Odesza and Cashmere Cat, the young producer is now embarking on a full tour including four US cities selling out in less than 24 hours.
His latest release, 'What If I Go', is a gorgeous ballad of shimmering chords and mesmerizing female vocals. The track was put out by Anchor Point Records and is accompanied by a music video speaking to love, equality and young city life. See the video and list of tour dates below.
