Mosca announces new single on Livity Sound
'Don't Take This The Wrong Way' is a shot of polyrhythmic goodness
Mosca has announced a new single 'Don't Take This The Wrong Way'. The track features a deep, growling bass line and is set for release via Bristol's Livity Sound label on July 28.
'Don't Take...' is pure Mosca, featuring hazy, swirling pads and thick, complex drum patterns whilst B-side 'Peyote Stitch' marches on, sitting more conventionally on a solid four-four beat. The release is Mosca's first on Livity Sound, the label and production duo run by Peverelist and Kowton.
Mosca has released on labels as diverse as Innervisions, Numbers and Hypercolour and Night Slugs, and has in the past remixed Livity Sound affiliate Bruce as well as Four Tet.
