Barcelona based DJ and producer Maceo Plex is back with new music, announcing ‘The Tesseract’ EP consisting of two new tracks that lean toward the darker realms of techno.

Fresh off announcing his forthcoming album ‘Solar’, the follow up to 2016’s ‘Journey to Solar’ that’s set for release in June, Maceo Plex isn’t wasting any time to unveil fresh material. It’s been nearly a year since fans have been graced with a proper release, but ‘The Tesseract’ EP will likely quench their thirst.

The music found on the EP features different sides to Maceo’s musical persona, with ‘The Tesseract’ possessing a creeping and devious nature while ‘5th Dimensional Groove’ features Swayzak and has more of an attention-grabbing motif.

‘The Tesseract’ EP is set for release on May 26 via his own Ellum Audio imprint.
