London's Night Tube could be delayed yet again
It might not come into play until May at the earliest
Is the Night Tube ever going to happen?
May could now be the earliest the 24-hour weekend service comes into play. If so, it'll be delayed until after the London mayoral election.
Union strikes about pay and conditions pushed the September 2015 launch to March of this year and now Finn Brennan, of train drivers' union Aslef, reckons that the Night Tube "could still be months away".
He said: "We hope the progress that's been made means that London will finally get a Night Tube service this year. If LU had been ready to negotiate a fair agreement from the start, then the delay and two days of strike action (last year) could have been avoided. Let's hope they learn the lesson for the future."
Head here to see which lines will be running for 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays and check this to see which clubs you'll be able to get to and from when it comes into play.
