Kris Menace & Lifelike made a triumphant return to clubland last month with their first collaboration since 'Discopolis', the track that shot them into the spotlight over ten years ago.
The track 'Ready 4 Love' is a glitzy and glamorous nu-disco roller, one that shimmers as it works its way through delicate synths and chunky basslines. Basically it's a great track and marks the return of two great producers.
Another producer who's made his way back into the public eye is the don Giorgio Moroder. Since he helped Daft Punk regain worldwide domination, he's been touring the globe and releasing a steady stream of new music, all at the grand old age of 74.
Now Kris Menace & Lifelike have remixed his track '74 Is The New 24' and the results are fantastic. You can expect a stomping electro banger that builds and builds from the off. There are sharp electric guitar chords, cheeky pops and of course some vocoded vocals. This is a track that even the robots would co-sign. Check it immediately.
