Kanye West confirms his album title, 'The Life of Pablo'
His seventh full-length receives a final change ahead of its debut
Just a day ahead of its scheduled release, Kanye West has finally settled on a title for his seventh LP, which will be called 'The Life of Pablo'.
After flipping back and forth between a slew of album names ('So Help Me God', 'Swish', then 'Waves'), Kanye has made his final change just 24 hours before the album is set to release. Some have speculated that his newly chosen title is a signature self-indulgent comparison of himself as an artist to Pablo Picasso, whom Kanye has referred to previously in lectures and also is often referred to as the "most important artist of the 20th century".
Though Kanye has released plenty of material over the past year including the cherished ode to his daughter 'Only One', 'FourFiveSeconds' which called upon the three-piece trio made up of Rihanna and Paul McCartney, and his recently released 'No More Parties in L.A.' that brought Kendrick Lamar on for a feature, his final track list for 'The Life of Pablo' (also shortened to 'T.L.O.P.') includes none of his warmly received singles.
Instead, tracks that debuted at his own fashion showcases will appear on the final album, including 'Wolves' with pop sensation Sia and Vic Mensa, as well as 'Fade'.
To celebrate the release of his album, Kanye will premiere 'T.L.O.P.' at an event in Madison Square Garden alongside the debut of his Yeezy Season 3 fashion line, but won't be performing.
Until the album finally drops, there's no guarantee that Kanye will stick to the agenda. But as the clock ticks closer, it seems we may finally see what he's got in store for his next full-length output soon.
Track list for 'The Life of Pablo':
1. "Ultra Light Beams"
2. "Father Stretch My Hands, Parts 1 & 2"
3. "Freestyle 4"

6. "Feedback"
7. "Fade" featuring Post Malone & Ty Dolla $ign
