Guy Gerber is, and always has been, a man of many talents.

He's been releasing music for well over a decade via labels like Bedrock, Cocoon and Visionquest, he ran a party at Pacha, Ibiza called Wisdom of the Glove and he's even produced an album with the one they call P Diddy.

More recently he's been running things over at his label Rumors and also hosting a party of the same name at Destino in Ibiza, one that's become one of the most popular Sunday parties on the island.

Now though it's time for more music and Gerber has returned to Rumors with his first release in over a year. It's actually his first solo EP on the label and 'Secret Encounters' is more of the whimsical, mystical same.

It's a trippy workout that makes use of serene melodies that waver in and out of focus while the contstant kicks and sweeping synths drive the song forward. It's what we've come to expect from Gerber and that's no bad thing, in fact, it's perfect.

The 'Secret Encounters' EP will be released via Beatport on September 2
