Shuffling live hats and tube-warmed Rhodes open up this disco-funk number before a walking bassline swaggers in. Crooning backing vocal hums and 70s funk synths deliver the musicality. But the real crown on this production is the open hi-hats that give it the pace and a raw, live feel.

Normally Ron Basejam provides a softer musical mix but here he goes in with an outrageous one-bar bass/synth riff that'll be a sure-fire winner in Axel Boman and Maurice Fulton sets. Ron then adds a "Gonna rain" vocal with some sharp early Joy O synths to give the track some intensity. It's a slice of electronic funk that makes this EP a winner for the likes of PBR Streetgang.
