Fabric will not have to introduce sniffer dogs or ID scanning
Its appeal against extra security measures was a success
Sniffer dogs will not be used at Fabric as the club won an appeal against Islington Council.
The London club's owners agreed on trialling extra security measures last year - also including ID scanning and more CCTV - when the council threatened to close it down due to four drug-related deaths there in three years.
Almost a year on, though, the Farringdon venue's appeal against the implementation of drug-checking dogs has been a success, according to RA.
A sweet victory for Fabric, us, clubbers from all over the world and the likes of The Chemical Brothers and Annie Mac who showed the club their support last year.
