Australian producer E Davd makes his debut on UK-based label X-Kalay this month with new EP 'Distant Sun.'

Dreamy pads, acid squelches and hypnotic 303 basslines guide through 'City & The Stars,' which you can stream below.

Speaking of the release, the Sydney-sider said: “The meaning behind the name of the record is that it's a view of what was once my universe - now it's far away and in the past, I see it in my memory.... it's also a sneaky reference to a cheesy Crowded House song.”

The five-track release, out May 18, follows fellow Aussie Lou Karsh's 'Ataraxia' on X-Kalay this year.

Tracklist:

A1. E Davd - Stratosphere

A2. E Davd - City & the Stars

B1. E Davd - I Left You Out There

B2. E Davd - Zero G

B3. E Davd - Hearbeat/Hyperdrive
