Dance music festivals have been banned in Buenos Aires
The move comes after deaths at Time Warp Argentina
The mayor of Buenos Aires has announced that no more electronic music festivals will go ahead in the Argentinian city until the introduction of fresh drug laws.
Five people recently died of apparent drug overdoses at Time Warp Argentina on April 15, leading to the government putting a temporary stop to dance music events. It's believed they will be allowed to be held again once a new legislation banning drug use at these kind of events has been passed, according the Guardian.
Other suggestions for the bill include better information regarding medical centres and drug-focused training for event organisers.
Mayor Horacio Rodriguez Larreta's announcement comes a day after one partygoer was released from hospital, although three are still believed to be in critical but stable condition, reports Fox News Latino.
