Claptone announces debut album 'Charmer', along with new release
The first track has been revealed, and it's dark
Elusive producer Claptone has resurfaced with the announcement of a new 1- track LP and a murky, piano-clad house banger 'Puppet Theatre' featuring Peter, Bjorn and John has come along with it.
The new track, which is taken from the album, is a promising start to a clearly ambitious project and with previous successes already out there, this should be huge.
We've shown love for him in the past with his slick take on 'I'm Aquarius' and with a storming Essential Mix earlier this year, there's every chance the album will deliver.
Coming via Different Recordings, 'Charmer' is available for pre-order now but fans and newcomers alike will have to wait until October 16 for the full official release.
Currently on a world tour, the golden-masked crusader will feature among London's SW14 line-up among other festivals and events where we're sure he'll be dropping plenty more album teasers.
