Children Of Zeus announce debut album, ‘Travel Light’
Their "debut album proper”
Manchester duo Children of Zeus will release their debut album ‘Travel Light’ on July 13 via First Word Records.
Children of Zeus, aka Tyler Daley and Konny Kon, have built up a steady reputation on the scene thanks to killer string of single releases, a standout compilation EP and an undeniably distinctive sound. The forthcoming LP, described in a press release as, “their debut album proper”, is set to showcase the duos signature blend of hip hop, smooth soul and jazz-inflected electronica in full-length for the very first time with features from the likes of DRS, Metrodome and more.
Titled ‘Travel Light’, the album name represents the crews ethos of, “keeping their eyes on the road ahead, whilst shedding the baggage they’ve accumulated over the years.”
