Carl Craig is taking his Synthesizer Ensemble to the Barbican
His stand-out show lands in London this April
Detroit icon Carl Craig is set to present symphonic re-imaginings of his esteemed dancefloor anthems at London’s Barbican Centre next April.
Complete with a team of keyboardists, pianist Kelvin Sholar, and a vast collection of synthesizers, the ambitious project looks to create a fresh, dynamic take on Craig’s techno discography, with help from experimental pianist and composer Francesco Tristano.
10 years in the making, Synthesizer Ensemble will be presented at the Barbican by The Hydra on April 6 and follows up the success of Craig's powerful 'Versus' LP and symphony.
