Forget the holidays - for many, October brings all the holiday spirit one needs for the entire year with the impending arrival of Halloween at the tail end of the month.

For those lucky enough to reside in the city of Los Angeles, tickets are hopefully already acquired for what's been known year after year as one of the premier Halloween-season parties: Minimal Effort.

Renowned for embracing the best of house and techno talents, Minimal Effort's annual Halloween installation for 2017 has already locked in major names like Dusky, MK, Brodinski, Damian Lazarus, Lee Burridge, Claptone and more.

To get you into the perfectly spooky spirit, headliner Claptone has offered up 10 of his favorite Halloween-tinged tracks ahead of the show. At Minimal Effort, Claptone plans to make the anticipated Los Angeles debut of his Masquerade show.

In addition, to celebrate recently hitting one million fans on Facebook, Claptone is giving his iconic golden masks away for free until October 20. Grab your own Claptone mask just in time for Halloween here with the code 1MILLION.

"This is the perfect intro for any playlist and especially for a playlist around Halloween. I have always been one for setting the mood first."
