An illegal rave in Wilshire took place this weekend with police attempting to stop the event from continuing.

Within a woodland, Grovely Wood in Great Wishford, police found around 500 people and 100 vehicles present at the rave which caused them to use Section 63 to request for the ravers to leave by midday on Sunday afternoon.

Officers arrived at the rave at around 12.45AM in the morning on Sunday, March 12 after a number of reports came in from locals.
