Weekend of amazing music marred by multiple incidents
Two stabbed at Electric Daisy Carnival alongside a number of problems at T in the Park
Two men have been stabbed at Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Milton Keynes, in a weekend of music marred by bad news.
A man from Liverpool was arrested in connection to the double stabbing. He was later released on bail, pending further enquiries.
The incidents were originally reported to involve a similarly described individual in a close time frame and vicinity. Both victims have subsequently been discharged from hospital.
In more bad news, there was an "unexplained" death at T in the Park in Perthshire, Scotland, where 36-year-old Andrew West was found deceased in a toilet.
The event was plagued by reports of incidents including thefts, traffic issues and crowd crushing, with The Mirror also publishing footage of an attack at the event, which you can watch below.
Police have requested any information about the incident at EDC to be reported immediately on 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
