Using thousands of ecstasy pills, Chemical X is creating art valued over $1 million.
The idea is to symbolise a "powerful moment of the 90s and suspend it forever", believing Britain "is a better place from the introduction of ecstasy".
The mysterious artist has previously collaborated with Banksy and Damien Hirst, as well as designing the original Ministry Of Sound logo.
