Velocity Press has announced the launch of a new flagship London-based bookshop.
The publisher, which focuses on electronic music and club culture literature, will open a store on Rye Lane, Peckham, which it promises will be "a haven for electronic music aficionados."
According to a statement from Velocity Press, the new bookshop will have a "curated" section of books, posters and a gallery.

With an extensive collection of books covering a wide scope of electronic genres and club culture, the shop aims to "further solidify" its resources and sense of community to dance music fans.
"We are thrilled to unveil our very own bookshop, dedicated exclusively to electronic music literature," Colin Steven, owner of Velocity Press says.
He adds: "With the opening of this store, we'll provide a physical space where enthusiasts can immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of electronic music culture."
Books on offer at the store will range from biographies to how-to guides for customers wanting to get into electronic music and production.

The events are to run in the hope of providing "valuable opportunities for networking, learning, and sharing insights with like-minded individuals."
Since 2019, Velocity Press has published over 30 books and zines — with this year many more scheduled for release, including its first audiobook, A Darker Electricity.
