Om Records takeover with Tone Of Arc & Shiny Objects in The Lab LA

The Lab Los Angeles is Mixmag and Smirnoff Sound Collective's weekly post-work unwind where we stream only the finest American and international DJs, direct from our Downtown LA office. For a Halloween-special Lab LA we have an Om Records takeover with Tone Of Arc and Shiny Objects.

Husband and wife, creatively inspiring live-duo Tone Of Arc push boundaries with their original dance-crossover sound. Zoe Presnick and Derrick Boyd have released via No.19 Music and Touch Of Class records, and found themselves playing international hotspots for underground dance music including Fabric, Panorama Bar and The BPM Festival. They've just released their second full-length album 'Urgent Turquoise' via Om Records, and are down to celebrate in costume this Friday. Listen to their new mix here.

For The Lab double-hitter, Om Records founder will be kicking off the night as Shiny Objects. Deep tech house tunes follow Christopher Smith all around the world, from Burning Man to Tokyo and beyond. He also happens to be one of the owners of San Francisco's premiere nightclub, Monarch. Expect some fly SF style for this one. Listen to Shiny Objects here.

On opening duties will be Cooper Saver, the Los Angeles DJ, radio host and producer who throws the secret warehouse parties Far Away.

The Lab LA is strongly powered by Void Acoustics. Watch Tone Of Arc and Shiny Objects in The Lab LA below or via MixmagTV.

The Smirnoff Sound Collective is all about bringing fans closer to the DJs, providing up and coming talent with a solid platform and throwing unique events where fans and artists can party together. Check out more from the Sound Collective here.
