The xx are 'On Hold' in new video

The xx have released a video for ‘Hold On’, the debut single taken from their hotly anticipated forthcoming album ‘I See You’.
Alasdair McLellan directed the clip, which was shot in Marfa, Texas, and features the band members among a cast of apparent high school students.
Speaking about the video, The xx said: “We have a lot of love and respect for the people of the USA, having played hundreds of shows across the country over the past years. We hope this video reflects just some of the warmth and acceptance we have encountered there.”
The trio are currently in the midst of an extensive European tour, which includes a record-breaking run of seven consecutive dates at Brixton Academy.
