Tale Of Us share 'Distante' as part of Nils Frahm's 'Piano Day'
The two show their classical side on this one
Nils Frahm released his 'Piano Day' album yesterday, creating his own 'holiday', and Tale Of Us (pictured) have shared a track to run in line with it.
The Berlin-based Frahm says the record came about after having an "immediate urge to release a solo piano album", giving the digital version away for free, and Tale Of Us show their appreciation of the piano with 'Distante'.
A stark contrast to their usual piercing cuts on labels like Minus, Life and Death and Visionquest, this one's a real calming production, crackling and humming as piano chords are deftly delivered.
