Some things in (club) life are pleasingly reliable: Fabric birthdays, Warehouse Project line-ups and Cocoon/Amnesia closing smash-ups among them.
The same is also true of Sven's annual round-ups of all things house and techno: the first side here has a slightly mellower house/tech vibe (it opens with DJ Koze's 'XTC' and peaks with Sven's summer staple, 'House Of Dupree' by Leon Vynehall). But there's even more fun to be had on the second disc, which starts with Tim Green's epic techno blooter 'Eclipse' and then hits its stride with Tim Wright's acidic burbler 'The Crab' and 'The Believer' by Deetron, with the latter sounding like 2015's answer to Erotic Discourse.
