Strawberries & Creem announces line-ups for Riot Arena and Studio S&C stages

Cambridge’s annual Strawberries & Creem festival has announced its full line-ups for the Riot Arena and Studio S&C stages.

Going ahead this weekend, June 18 - 19, Strawberries & Creem takes over two days in Cambridge’s Childerley Orchard with a stellar line-up across the weekend.

This year, Studio S&C features a Cuttin Headz showcase with Dennis Ferrer, Mason Collective, Jesse Calosso, Fleur Shore, and more.

Meanwhile, the festival’s bass-leaning stage of Riot Arena has landed a whopping bill this year, showcasing acts such as Sub Focus, Flava D, and Wilkinson on Saturday, while Sunday will see Calibre, Voltage, Goddard, and more across the day.

The Cambridgeshire festival announced a full line-up in February, celebrating an average of more than 60% female acts from the likes of Tems, Ms Banks, CC:Disco, and Eclair Fifi.

A Notting Hill Carnival takeover is set to bring "all things carnival to Cambridge” after a successful run of the partnership in the festival's inaugural edition.

Earlier today, Strawberries & Creem announced that its headliner, Lil Wayne, would no longer be playing the festival after ‘being refused entry into the UK’.

"Due to extreme circumstances beyond our control or influence, we are very sorry to inform you that Lil Wayne is now unable to perform at the festival on Saturday 18th June,” the festival announced.

“Lil Wayne has been refused entry to the UK directly by the Home Office in a last minute decision. The team have all worked round the clock to secure a huge new name for Saturday,” they added.

Elsewhere on the line-up this year, Mabel, Horse Meat Disco, High Contrast, Ghetts, Knucks, and David Rodigan are all slated to play the 2022 edition.
