New nightclub Loki to open in South London this week
The venue, from the team behind the Fox & Firkin, will be taking over the site of the former Brixton nightspot Medusa
South London is getting a brand new nightclub this week, as Brixton venue Loki opens its doors.
From the same team behind the Fox & Firkin pub in Lewisham, the new venue will see the transformation of East Brixton’s railway station and the former premises of Medusa nightclub.
Hosting a private launch party tomorrow night with OK Williams and Nat Home, the 250-capacity club will officially open to the public on November 4 with sets from Bluetoof and Softi.

Loki has also announced names to be performing at the club this month including, Angel D’lite, Jay Duncan, Shivum Sharma and more.
Every Thursday night, Loki will have £1 entry starting off on November 10 with an all-vinyl party with Kyle Toole and Kian O'Keeffe.
The team told Resident Advisor that Loki will be a "refreshing” new space “with a top-notch system," adding that it will be prioritising "extended sets, back-to-backs and not ridiculously expensive ticket prices."

The Fox & Firkin will also be hosting nights this month with the likes of General Levy, Emma-Jean Thackray, Congo Natty and more.
