SoundCloud brings direct streaming to Serato, Traktor and more

Soundcloud has announced that all SoundCloud Go+ subscribers will soon be able to stream SoundCloud's catalog directly into a number of various kinds of DJ software.
Partnering with Native Instruments, Serato, Virtual DJ, Hercules, Mixvibes and DEX3, those paying for the SoundCloud subscription will be able to use any tune from the streaming services 190 million track offerings and cue it up for mixing purposes at any time.
Details regarding how the infrastructure of this ambitious partnership will actually work have not been revealed as of yet. “SoundCloud is committed to empowering creators with the best tools and resources to grow their careers, which is why we are excited to partner with these leading companies to help DJs take their workflow to the next level," said Kerry Trainor, Chief Executive Officer at SoundCloud. Through these partnerships, DJs will have the largest, most diverse streaming music catalog ever assembled instantly accessible within the tools they use every day.”
SoundCloud Go+ is currently available for $9.99 per month. The rollout of this new partnership will start at the beginning of 2019.
