Native Instruments is rebuilding Traktor "from ground-up"
Fans of Traktor can expect to see new hardware and software this year
A recent statement from Traktor’s Director of Products Pedram Faghfouri shares the news that Native Instruments will be unveiling “new Traktor hardware and software” that will ensure “quality, innovation and user functionality.”
“We have engaged in rewriting Traktor from ground-up, even though this takes significant time and resource investment,” says Faghfouri. “We will maintain and improve Traktor Pro for several more years until the new Traktor is mature enough, also for our Pro users. Traktor pro updates and new exciting Traktor products will be rolled out in the coming months.
Having doubled the size of their Traktor staff, Faghfouri also states that Native Instruments has “prioritized user feedback and collaboration for product development” to help the product’s team and 500,000 active users “learn from and inspire new ideas in the Traktor ecosystem.”
