See Juan Atkins play Brooklyn’s Good Room
The techno innovator beams into NY
Juan Atkins is set to headline Brooklyn’s Good Room this weekend.
The Godfather of Techno will take the decks for a hard driven session of high tech soul in the intimate nightclub, Good Room. Coming off of new material with Moritz von Oswald, Atkins is sure to treat Brooklynites to low key and transportative night.
Also on the bill is Chicago house icon and Cajual records alumni Gene Farris will be spinning classic tunes just before. In the venue’s “Bad Room” side space is Discwoman’s Umfang and Volvox, who recently threw down excellent sets for the Lab.
Juan Atkins, Gene Farris and the Discwoman founders play the Good Room on Saturday April 30. Tickets can be purchased in advance here.
