Questlove has received an Oscar nomination for film ‘Summer Of Soul’
The film has been nominated for Best Original Documentary
Drummer from The Roots, Questlove has had his film Summer Of Soul nominated for an Oscar.
Summer Of Soul (...Or, When the Revolution Could Not Be Televised) was released last year and explores the 1969 Harlem Cultural Festival which celebrated African American music promoting Black pride and unity.
The film directed by Questlove has received nominations for Best Original Documentary at this year’s Oscars.
