The Prodigy announce first UK tour since Keith Flint’s death

The Prodigy have announced that they will be going on tour for the 25th anniversary of ‘Fat Of The Land’.

Their UK tour is to take place in July this year, three years since the death of Keith Flint.

The group will play in Sheffield, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, and Manchester before a three-night run in Brixton, London.

The Prodigy’s Liam Howlett and Maxim shared the following statement on their tour:

“WE CANT WAIT TO GET BACK ONSTAGE AND PLAY OUR TUNES FOR THE PEOPLE AGAIN, THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF ‘FAT OF THE LAND’ FELT LIKE THE RIGHT TIME FOR US TO STEP UP, WE'LL BE DROPPIN TUNES FROM ALL OUR ALBUMS AND MAYBE SOME SHIT U HAVNT HEARD BEFORE,

“THIS ONE’S FOR FLINTY ,,, NOW LETS FUKIN GO !!’ LIAM H & MAXIM”

The tour dates are:

July 8 Sheffield at O2 Academy Sheffield

July 9 Sheffield at O2 Academy Sheffield

July 14 Liverpool at Montford Hall

July 15 Leeds at O2 Academy Leeds

July 16 Birmingham at O2 Academy Birmingham

July 18 Newcastle at O2 City Hall

July 19 Manchester at O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester

July 21 London at O2 Academy Brixton

July 22 London at O2 Academy Brixton

July 23 London at O2 Academy Brixton

Last week, the group paid tribute to the former frontman, Keith Flint on the third anniversary of his death.

The Prodigy’s Liam Howlett and Maxim wrote: “It's been three years… We miss u every single day brother, but we feel u always with and around us.

“Your Fire will never go out. Stay Punk brother. We live forever!”
